POSITIVE SEAL CONSTRUCTION (OPTIONAL)
Some applications may require a fully closed damper. For
those requiring a 100% shutoff, a positive seal option is
available on sizes 4” through 12”, in both galvanized and
stainless steel IRIS dampers.

SIMPLE OPERATION
Using a pressure gauge and a damper’s Airflow Adjustment
Chart, desired airflow in a duct can be attained by simply
turning the damper adjustment nut until the required pressure
d
rop is reached (Fig. 1).
