Clicks Tab
The Clicks Tab allows you to set and test the double-
click properties.
Two parameters can be set to adjust the double-click
functionality:
1. the time that occurs between the first and the
second click (speed),
2. the distance between the first and the second
mouse position (area).
The computer can decide to ignore a double-click if:
- too much time has occurred between the first
and the second click
and/or
- you have moved the mouse too much between
the first and the second click.
The easiest way to perform a double-click is to set the
speed to slow and the area to large.
Autojumps Tab
the Autojumps Tab allows you to move the pointer to
your preferred position either when a new window or
dialog box opens or after a period of inactivity.
When a new window or dialog box opens (Window
Autojump), you can set the pointer to jump
automatically to:
− the window default button
− the window center.
After a period of inactivity measured in minutes (Timed
Autojump), you can set the pointer to jump
automatically to:
− the center of the screen
− the top left corner of the screen.
