Get protocol settings method 2
Description
The getprot2 function block returns the protocol settings for a specific serial port. This
function supports Enron Modbus parameters.

1 to 255 in standard Modbus
1 to 65534 in extended Modbus
0 to 254 in DF1

0 = standard
1 = extended

Boolean
Store and forward enable
Enable store and forward when set to TRUE.
Disables store and forward when set to FALSE.
EnEnabled

Enable Enron Modbus when set to TRUE.
Disables Enron Modbus when set to FALSE.
