If You Need a Service Call
If the opener needs service please call the dealer who
installed the garage door opener (for product assistance
contact 13 62 63 within Australia).
BEFORE CALLING you should have the following
information to assist in providing the appropriate service:
Has anything happened since the opener last
operated OK, e.g. a storm, a jolt to the door etc.?
How easy is it to manually open and close the door?
What model is the opener?
Who installed the opener?
When was it installed?

Fault Indicator
When a fault is detected the SERVICE LED will start to ash
and a number of beeps will sound to indicate that there is a
fault. The fault will be active each time an attempt is made
to operate the door.
Pressing the SET button will reset the opener. If the fault
continues to be tripped contact an Approved Dealer for
assistance.
