If you have an unsupported target device
If you need to operate on a target device not supported by the control program for
programmer, please do not despair and follow the next steps:
Look in the device list of the latest version of the control program on our Internet site
(www.bkprecision.com ). Your new target device might already be included in this version!
If yes, download the file Pg4uwARC.exe and install the new version of the control program.
Contact B+K PRECISION direct, filling up a "Device Problem Report" form following the
instructions at the end of this form. We may need detailed data sheets of your target device
and, if possible, samples. The samples will be returned to you after we include your target
device in a new version of Pg4uw.
Warranty terms
The manufacturer, B+K Precision gives a warranty on failure-free operating of the
programmer and all its parts, materials and workmanship for one-year from the date of
purchase. This warranty is limited to 25,000-cycles on DIL ZIF socket or 10,000-cycles on
PLCC ZIF sockets).
Limited One-Year Warranty
B&K Precision Corp. warrants to the original purchaser that its product and the component
parts thereof, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year
from the data of purchase.
B&K Precision Corp. will, without charge, repair or replace, at its’ option, defective product or
component parts. Returned product must be accompanied by proof of the purchase date in
the form a sales receipt.
To obtain warranty coverage in the U.S.A., this product must be registered by completing
a warranty registration form on www.bkprecision.com within fifteen (15) days of
purchase.
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or abuse of the product or
as a result of unauthorized alternations or repairs. It is void if the serial number is alternated,
defaced or removed.
B&K Precision Corp. shall not be liable for any consequential damages, including without
limitation damages resulting from loss of use. Some states do not allow limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state-
to-state.
