SECTION 6: Accidental release measures
6.1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas. Remove all sources
of ignition. Do not touch or walk through spilled material. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid generation
of dust. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. Use personal protection recommended in Section 8.
6.2. Environmental precautions
Local authorities should be advised if significant spillages cannot be contained. Prevent entry into waterways,
sewers, basements or confined areas.
6.3. Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceous earth,
vermiculite) and place in container for disposal according to local / national regulations (see Section 13).

7.1. Precautions for safe handling
Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in
confined areas. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Take
precautionary measures against static discharges. Avoid generation of dust. Do not breathe
dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wash thoroughly after
handling. Use personal protection recommended in Section 8.
7.2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from heat. Keep locked up and
out of reach of children. Store in accordance with local regulations.

Apart from the uses mentioned in SECTION 1.2 no other specific uses are stipulated.
