Problem Possible cause Solution
Inadequate cooling Temperature setting is too high. Lower the set temperature.
The air filter is clogged with dust. Clean the air filter.
Power deactivation in Heat mode Automatic overheating protection
function. The appliance is switched off
automatically when the temperature
at the air outlet exceeds 70°C/158°F.
Reactivate the appliance after it has
cooled down.
Loud or vibrates The base is not adequately firm or flat. Place the appliance on a flat, firm
base.
Sound The sound comes from the flowing of
the coolant in the air-conditioner.
This is normal.
Compressor does not function and the
digital display shows “P2”
The bottom container is full. Remove the plug from the bottom
outlet and let the water out.

the guidelines of your local garbage disposal authorities.
