3. Scroll down till where “Wifi Settings” details have mentioned.
- Enable the WIFI Vista Mode
- Enter SSID and Password
- Select “Send”
- Select Save icon.
NOTE:
- If success, the device sends a ping data to the server and the events data (if any).
- After that you can leave the commands from CoolR Portal. Device will connect and send data to server.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Can’t find application PlayStore/App store
You can alternatively download the application from

Issue: Can’t find the Device during Install
1. Make sure that phone has BLE 4.1 or higher
2. Make sure your Phone OS is Android 4.4 or higher
3. Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are ON
Issue: Can’t Connect with Device In “Device Monitor
1. From Device Monitor Select “Sync” & wait till scan finishes.
2. Re-attempt to connect again.
