PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All merchandise purchased from Cooper Classics has a six (6) month warranty from receipt of
merchandise. All claims of workmanship or quality issues must be reported to our customer
service department within the six (6) months to receive replacement or credit. Credit issued to
customer's account will be limited to the purchase price of the merchandise; no credit will be
issued for consequential claims.
OTHER NOTES
Due to the nature and properties of our products, finishes may vary somewhat from our catalog
picture. Many of our items are “distressed” to give them a worn, aged look. If you have
questions about an item’s finish, please call our customer service department.
