To ensure best performance, if the appliance is positioned below an overhanging wall unit, the minimum distance between the top of the cabinet and the wall unit must be at least 100 mm (A). MANUTENCIîN Freezing fresh food The 4-star compartment is suitable for long term storage of commercially frozen food, and for freezing fresh food. To freeze fresh foods turn the fast freezing knob at least 24 hours before introducing the food into the freezer in order to ensure better freezing results. Place the food to be frozen in the compartment as shown in figure. In order to freeze the quantity indicated on the rating plate, arrange the food directly in contact with the cooling surfaces.

During normal operation, the condenser and compressor at the back of the appliance heat up considerably. For safety reasons, minimum ventilation must be as shown in the instructions.
