• FIRST, clean debris from tailgate gap

• Lay GapSaver on tailgate with anchor down

• Measure the length of your tailgate

• Mark that length on your GapSaver

• Cut ONE end of GapSaver with utility knife

• Lay GapSaver into tailgate gap

• Mark all obstructions on GapSaver anchor

• Trim anchor to ﬁt around cables, hinges

& other tailgate obstructions

• Open and close tailgate to test GapSaver

• Trim anchor again as needed
