1. In the Windows task bar, click the

button, point to

and then click
Cont rol Panel

tab and then click the radio button

[DNS Conf iguration]
tab, and then click the radio button labeled
Disable DNS

[Gateway]
tab and ensure that there is no gateway
installed. If there are installed gateways, delete them by
clicking
[Remove]

twice to confirm and save your changes. You
