WARRANTY PRORATION CHART
If Beaulieu Canada reimburses you for your carpet under the terms of these warranties; Beaulieu Canada
will credit a percentage of the original carpet purchase price according to the following proration chart
and reasonable labor for the removal of the old carpet and the installation cost of the new.
