LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY - CORNINGWARE® PORTABLES™ STONEWARE OVENWARE
World Kitchen promises to replace any stoneware ovenware (dish) with a manufacturing defect within one year from date of
purchase.
LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PARTS/ACCESSORIES
Any non-stoneware ovenware part/accessory with a manufacturing defect will be replaced without charge within one year
from date of purchase. World Kitchen will replace at no charge (WK option) provide a refund for any carrying case or hot/cold
pack of the CORNINGWARE PORTABLES which is defective in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This
warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from misuse. Accidental breakage from impact is not covered. Incidental and
consequential damages are expressly excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the Safety and Usage Instructions. Should a warranty problem develop,
contact the World Kitchen office nearest you or call Customer Service at 1-800-999-3436 and explain what happened. KEEP THE
PRODUCT. You may be asked to return it.
These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
