We guarantee its upholstered furniture

against defects in construction for a period of

one (1) year. When a structural defect is

brought to our attention, we will repair or

replace it at our option at no charge to the

customer (includes parts and labor, not

transportation costs). Fabric wearability for

upholstered furniture is not covered by the

warranty. Vacuum for regular cleaning.

Step 1 Line up the chair back to the base and attach using (2) 2” x 5/16” bolts & (2) 1¼” washers. Step 2 Attach chair seat to chair back using (2) 5/16” nuts and (2) 1¼” washers.

Step 3 Align arm bolts with holes in seat and back. Make sure that the bottom of arms are flush with the bottom of the seat and back. Attach arm to chair back & seat using (3) 5/16” nuts and (3) 1¼” washers. Repeat to attach remaining arm. Step 4 Screw legs into bottom of arms. Turn chair upright. If the chair is not level, remove the shortest leg and place (1) 1¼” washer on the leg bolt. Screw the leg back on. Repeat if necessary.
