Wall Box
Lamp Base
*Lamps are pre-assembled remove from packaging and
install Wall Box
with ‘Installation Hardware’ packet
provided within lamp enclosure
*Installation hardware provided is intended for
permanent
installation on typical hollow-wall drywall
*Install Wall Box at approximately 72” inches from floor
measuring for the top keyhole-shaped hole on a
wall location within reach of an available
electrical outlet
1) Install a single screw for the top keyhole-shaped
hole of Wall Box by drilling or punching a 3/16” hole for
Plastic Anchor provided and install Mounting Screw
2) Hang Wall Box on screw using top keyhole-shaped hole
3) Level or straighten Wall Box and mark remaining holes
4) Install additional Plastic Anchors and mount Wall Box
using remaining Mounting Screws
5) Mount Lamp Base on Wall Box using silver thumbscrews
provided
(6) Flatten lamp cord by hand and secure with Adhesive Cord Clip
at a discrete location to keep cord straight and flat
