The ROBOTC Debugger Sensors
Reference
To congure the sensors connected to
your microcontroller, open the Motors
and Sensors Setup from the Robot menu
in ROBOTC.
Digital sensors (Bumper, Limit, Encoder, Ultrasonic) can be congured on the “VEX 2.0 Digital Sensors
1-12” tab, and analog sensors (Light, Line Follower, Potentiometer, Accelerometer) can be congured
on the “VEX 2.0 Analog Sensors 1-8” tab. To congure a sensor, rst locate the row that aligns with
where the sensor is plugged in on the Cortex. For example, “dgtl2” is short for DIGITAL Port 2 on the
Cortex. Next, give the sensor a custom name and dene its sensor type in the dropdown menu. After
applying your chages, redownload your program to the microcontroller to have the changes take
effect in the Sensor debug window.
