For conduit installations

3. Complete installation following instructions for your type of electrical

connection:

• 4-wire (recommended)

• 3-wire (if 4-wire is not available)

• Strip outer covering back 3" (7.6 cm) to expose wires.

• Strip the insulation back 3/8" (1.0 cm) from the end of each wire.

• Insert the conduit strain relief in the conduit hole below the terminal

block. Install the conduit through the body of the strain relief and

fasten the strain relief with its ring. Allow enough slack to easily

attach the wires to the terminal block.
