The screw(s), bolt(s) to be used at each step are shown in actual size in the lower right corner of the page.
Step 1 Attach G/S to C with C G C ❶. S 1.1 1.
Step 2 D Attach G/T to D with D ❶. G T 2.1 2.
Step 3 Attach E to C with ❷.
Step 4 Attach E to D with D ❷.
Step 5 Attach Z to A2 with ❹. Repeat the same step for remaining parts Z/A1.
Step 6 Screw ❶ into A2 and ❸ into A2 at the specified locations as shown, leave half of the thread exposed. Repeat the same step for remaining parts A1. 1 3 Do not completely tighten the BOLTS, leave half of the thread exposed.
Step 7 A2 E 2 7.1 7.1 Hang sub-assembly C on A2 as illustrated, 7.2 Attach E to A2 with ❷. Repeat the same step for remaining parts D/E/A1. 7.
Step 8 Hang A onto A1 and A2 as illustrated.
Step 9 Properly fasten the bolts at all locations in the compartments as illustrated. Note: Open the compartment on the back of Headboard A to access and tighten bolts, after assembly, properly close the compartment using velcro .
Step 10 Attach Z x 2 to B with ❹.
Step 11 Do not completely tighten the BOLTS, leave half of the thread exposed. Screw ❶ into B , leave half of the thread exposed.
Step 12 Hang sub-assembly C and D on B as illustrated, don't completely tighten the bolts until STEP 14 is complete.
Step 13 Attach L x 2 to F with ❶.
Step 14 Attach F to A and B with ❶ Then properly tighten all the bolts. .
Step 15 X X P1 P1 15.1 Insert P1 into X; 15.2 Press X into E, repeat the same procedure for the opposite side of the bed. Follow the same procedures going backwards for every row of slats. E 15.1 15.2 SLAT WARNING Correct: Slat curve should be facing upwards. X E Incorrect: Slat curve facing downwards.
Y P1 Y P1 P1 P1 F Y P1 Y F 16.1 P1 16.2 F Step 16 16.1 Insert Y x 2 onto the free end of both P1 assembled in previous step, Take a new P1 and insert each end into the other free end of Y x 2; 16.2 Press Y x 2 SIMULTANEOUSLY into F x 2 as illustrated. Follow the same procedure going backwards for every row of slats. SLAT WARNING Correct: Slat curve should be facing upwards. Y Incorrect: Slat curve facing downwards.
