Thank you for choosing Cotton Tale Designs products. We strive to offer great quality products for a
reasonable cost and take pride in our products. All of the Cotton Tale Designs products include a 30 Day
Limited Manufacturer Warranty. This Warranty only applies to the Cotton Tale Designs physical goods
products purchased within the last 30 Days.
Warranty Coverage
The Limited Manufacturer Warranty covers any damages or defects in material or workmanship. During the
warranty period Cotton Tale Designs will gladly repair or replace the damaged products or parts of our
products that proves to be defective due to improper workmanship or material.
Not Covered Under Warranty
This Limited Manufacturer Warranty does not cover any problems or issues resulting from improper use, care
or installation of the Cotton Tale product purchased within the 30 Day period.
Warranty Issues
In the case a warranty issue arises. Please contact us ([e-mail]) to make us aware of
the situation so we can assist in correcting the issue and resolving it promptly. Please see that you provide the
original purchase order number, any images of the defects/damages, and an explanation of the warranty
issue. We will then assist you in getting the issue resolved in the best method possible.
