Configuration

Initial Setup

Unpacking

Check the contents against the packing list secured to the outside of the box when

unpacking. Council Rock recommends saving all shipping materials in case the unit needs

to be returned. Contact Council Rock Support for assistance or notification of any issues.

Connect

1. Connect RF Antenna(s) and GPS antenna to the unit

2. Insert SIM card(s) - see Appendix A for details

3. Connect DC power to the power block

4. (Optional) Attach Alarm sensors to the power block

5. Attach the power block to the front panel

6. Plug in the power supply. The E1500 will boot

7. Front panel LED changes state based on network connection status
