6. Attach the Wheel Frame Assembly to the main frame using the two Acorn nuts and the 16mm

wrench (Figure 3).

NOTE:

The Side Flanges of the Wheel Frame Assembly fit inside the Log Guides (Figure 3).

7. Secure the Wheel Frame Assembly to the main frame with the two (2) 6mm Bolts and Flat Washers

(Figure 4) using the 10mm wrench.

8. Screw the Operating Handle (found in the plastic bag) clockwise onto the threaded shaft

protruding from the Support Plate at the rear of the machine and tighten it securely using the

10mm wrench (Figure 4).

NOTE:

Before attempting to operate your new DR 5-TON ELECTRIC WOOD SPLITTER, read the section

titled “Before Starting the Electric Motor” on page 13 in this manual.
