+ I am still confused even after reading the manual.

+ I would like to set the device as factory default.
To reset all settings to factory default, go to SETTINGS ▶ System
▶ Load Defaults.
+ The player does not turn on.
Check if the battery is recharged or the device is connected to a
power source. If the battery is completely discharged, charge the
battery before you start the player. The charging time may vary
depending on the battery’s discharge status. If the player does
not work at all, press the RESET button. For your information,
RESET will just disconnect the power and does not damage the
product or delete any les stored on the device.
+ The touch pad and buttons do not work properly.
The device does not respond to touch when the touch screen is
on Hold. Press the Power / Hold button briey to inactivate Hold
mode.
