5. Battery Type

• This is the menu to directly set the battery type used.

• Since the measurement of the Remaining Battery Charge depends on the battery type,

you need to choose the correct one.

• You can choose either ‘Alkaline’ or ‘Rechargeable.’ We ofcially recommend a 1.2 to

1.5V nickel hydride fast rechargeable dry cell or alkaline battery for iAUDIO.

• Select ‘Battery Type’ and press the ‘Menu’ button. Then choose a battery type with

the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons.
