INTRODUCTION The CC800A is the state of the art battery operated weighing and charging scale. The CC800A has been designed to be accurate, rugged and reliable over a large weighing span (220 lbs/ 100kg). The CC800A can also charge the high-pressure refrigerant R-410A. The CC800A incorporates a hand held unit with 7 keys and an extra large LCD display for easy viewing. A space saving flex-cord interconnects between the hand held unit and the platform.
OPERATION The CC800A can be used for Weighing, Charging and Recovering refrigerants. The following are instructions and information on how to use the CC800A for common refrigeration service functions. WEIGH MODE 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Place the Scale on a level, rigid surface. Press POWER key to turn the unit ON, any weight on platform will be set to zero (Tare). Select the desired unit by pressing UNITS key. Place the object that is to be weighed on the platform. Gross weight will display.
RECOVERY Figure 2 1) Place the Scale on a level, rigid surface. 2) Press POWER key to turn the unit ON, it zeroes out any weight on platform. 3) Select the desired unit by pressing UNITS key. 4) Connect scale as shown in Figure 1. Do not place cylinder on platform at this time. 5) Press the SET key and the display will show: READY READY 000 lbs 000 kg 00.00 oz “ OR 0000 g”. Note: READY appears on the top right hand corner of the screen.
Auto Tare and Overload Indicator feature: The unit will tare off any weight less than 220lbs (100kg) while powering up. If the weight is more than its capacity, the unit will display “OL” to indicate OVERLOAD. The “OL” will also display when the GROSS weight is more than its capacity. For example: The unit starts with 200 pounds on its platform-display reads 0; placing 25 pounds makes the unit display OL.

INTRODUCTION La balance CC800A a été conçu pour être juste, précise et fiable pour mesurer jusqu'à des poids de 100kg. Elle peut aussi être utilisé avec du réfrigérant R-410A. La CC800A est munie d’un module de lecture a 7 touches et un grand écran LCD afin de faciliter la lecture, le tout connecté par un cable flexible. La plate forme de pesage contient une cellule de charge de haute précision.
OPERATION La CC800A peut être utilisée pour peser, charger et récupérer de réfrigérants. Les instructions suivantes indiquent l’usage de la CC800A dans les opérations suivantes: WEIGH MODE (PESAGE) 1) Placer la balance sur une surface rigide et droite. 2) Allumer en poussant la touche POWER, n’importe quel poids sur la plate forme, la mémoire est mise a zéro (Tare) 3) Choisir l’unité par la touché UNITS. 4) Placer l’objet a mesurer sur la plate forme 5) Le poids brut sera affiché.

Indication ŒOverload‚ (surcharge) et ‘Auto Tare’ En s’allumant, la balance déduira tout poids tare moins de 100kg. Au cas ou ceci dépasse toujours la capacité, le OL apparaîtra, indiquant la surcharge. exemple: avec 100kg sur la plate forme à l‚enclenchement. La lecture est de 0 . Ajouter p.e. 15 kg résultera a affichage de OL. Indications “Auto shut off” et “Smart Awake” Auto Shut Off - Arrêt automatique après 10 minutes si le poids sur la plate forme ne change pas plus de 30g dans cette periode.

EINLEITUNG Die CC800A ist eine elektronische Waage nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik, angetrieben durch 9 V Batterien. “Auto Tara” y el Indicador de Sobrecarga: Cuando el CC800A se enciende, el instrumento toma nota del peso de cualquier objeto sobre la plataforma de carga y lo substrae de todas las mediciones subsecuentes, realizando así un cálculo de tara automático. El rango de esta tara es el rango total de la unidad, esto es 100 kg. (220 lb); si el peso es mayor, las letras OL aparecen en pantalla. El indicador de sobrecarga también aparece cuando el peso bruto sobre la plataforma de carga sobrepasa los 100 kg.
