DO NOT use this product if it is damaged or broken. Adult assembly is required. Keep plastic bags and small parts away from children. Safely discard all packing materials. Check parts against the parts list to make sure you have all the parts needed for proper assembly.

ASSEMBLY ATTACH THE SWIVEL PLATE OF THE STOOL BASE (2) TO THE CHAIR SEAT AND BACK (1) USING FLAT WASHER (C), SPRING WASHER (B), AND ALLEN BOLT (A). TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS USING ALLEN KEY. THE SWIVEL PLATE IS ALREADY PREATTACHED TO THE STOOL BASE (2), AND ONLY NEEDS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE CHAIR SEAT AND BACK (1). ENSURE TO TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS. www.craftandmain.

The warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover normal wear or neglectful use. Craft + Main products are covered by this warranty when used in non-commercial, non-institutional residential use only. The warranty is in effect for the consumer for 1 year from the date of the purchase. Foremost Groups Inc. must be notified of the defect and provided with a documented invoice.
