If you find a Craftsman Pro Series Tool storage item with a price that is higher than 1/3 of the price of the Snap On
Heritage Plus Series comparable model (see chart in #2 below), then Sears will match the price and give you a gift
card for the difference plus 10%. Gift card valid on future purchases only. Customer must purchase the qualifying

1. You must purchase the eligible Craftsman Pro Series Tool Storage item on the date the competitor price is in effect. The
price of the Craftsman Pro Series model must be higher than 1/3 of the price of the competitive Snap On Heritage Plus
Series model to be eligible for consideration. Competitive item must be available for purchase at an authorized Snap On
dealer at the time of comparison.
2. When you purchase your Craftsman model, you must show Sears the comparable price and model information. Sears will
match the model to the comparable Craftsman model and will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the submission
qualifies. To qualify for the matching price and gift card, the Craftsman model price must be higher than 1/3 of the price of
the comparable Snap On model.
