tighten if necessary.

1. Using a non-alcohol based cleaner, clean the
tapered surface of the chuck and spindle to remove
all dirt, grease and oil. See Section "ASSEMBLY-
INSTALLING THE CHUCK".
1. Replace with new AAA batteries.
2. Reload the batteries and make certain that they make
solid contact to the battery spring.
