CUTTING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT LEVER
Oneadjustmentleveris locatedon the right rearwheelandoneis
locatedonthe rightfrontwheel.Bothlevershaveto beatthe same
positionto ensurea uniformcut.To adjustthe cuttingheight,referto
the AssemblySection.
DECK WASH
Yourmower'sdeckis equippedwitha waterport onitssurfaceas part
of itsdeckwashsystem.Usethe deckwashto rinsegrassclippings
fromthedeck'sunderside.
MULCH COVER
Themulchcoverisusedfor mulchingpurposes.Insteadof collecting
the grassclippingsin agrasscatcheror usingthe sidedischarge
Yourmowerisshippedas a mulcher.Todischargethegrassclippings
to the side instead,followthe instructionsinthe Assemblysectionto
attachthe sidedischargecover.
Keephandsandfeetawayfromthe chuteareaon cuttingdeck. Refer
to warninglabelonthe unit.
RECOIL STARTER
The recoilstarteris attachedto the right upperhandle.Standbehind
the unit andpullthe recoilstarterropeto startthe unit.
OIL CAP/DIPSTICK
Referto the Maintenancesectionfor instructionsoncheckingthe oil.
TRAIL SHIELD
The trail shieldis attachedtothe rearofthe mowerand isthere to
protectthe operatorfromflyingdebris.Do not usethe mowerunless
the shieldis fullyfunctionalandin place.
