INSTRUCTIONS Whenunpacking thetool: PACKING • Carefully remove the tool and accessories from the box. Charger • Make sure that all items listed in the packing list are included. • Inspect the tool carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping. • Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated the tool. • If any parts are damaged or missing, please call 1-800-932-3188 for assistance.
_)k LED FUNCTIONS OF CHARGER LED WILL BE ON TO INDICATE STATUS CHARGER AND BATTERY PACK: WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with this tool to make you careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict severe injury. BATTERY PACK The battery pack for your toot has been shipped in a low charge condition to prevent possible problems. Therefore, you should charge it until light on front of charger changes from red to green.
TO INSTALL BATTERY PACK • Place battery pack in your tool. Align raised rib on battery pack with groove inside toot. See Figure 2. • Make sure the latches on each side of your battery pack snap in place and battery pack is secured in toot before beginning operation. • Place staples in channel, legs facing upward and close base or drop nails in, left side of channel with "T" head sitting on the slot base. Close base while making sure nail strip stays upright in channel.
NAILS / Fig. 5 APPLICATIONS • This Nailer/Stapler is designed for light duty stapling or nailing into wood. TO STAPLE See Figure 6. • Hold handle firmly with tack mouth flat to workpiece forming a 90 ° angle; depress the lock-off button and pull switch trigger to drive staple. LOCK-OFF BUTTON Fig.
