A_, WARNING: Your Impact Wrench should never be connected to the power
source when you are assembling parts, making adjustments, installing or
removing bits, cleaning, or when it is not in use. Disconnecting the Impact
Wrench will prevent accidental starting, which could cause serious personal
injury.
When unpacking the box, do not discard any packing materials until all of the
contents are accounted for.
1. Carefully lift the Impact wrench out of the carton and place on a stable, flat
surface.

Open the box to locate the following:
• Impact wrench
• Manual
• Soft case

Inspect the items carefully to make sure that no breakage or damage has
occurred during shipping. If any of the items mentioned is missing, return
the Impact Wrench with your sales receipt to your nearest Craftsman retail
outled to have the Impact Wrench replaced.

the Impact Wrench, plug in the power cord, or operate the Impact Wrench until
the broken or missing part is replaced. Failure to do so could result in possible
