* Fordelicate rinse (lower pressure and higher flow),
for gentle cleaning of cars/trucks, boats, RV's, patio
furniture, lawn equipment, etc., select white 40°
spray tip.
* Forgeneral rinsing (medium pressure and medium
flow), ideal for most all purpose cleaning such as
home siding, brick patios, wood decks, driveways
and sidewalks, garage floors, etc., select yellow
15° spray tip.
* For maximum rinsing (higher pressure and lower
flow), for stubborn or hard to reach surface such as
second story surfaces, paint removal, oil stains, rust
removalor other stubborn substances (tar, gum,
grease,wax, etc.), select red 0° spraytip.
, To apply detergent, applies project specific cleaners
to help break down stubborn dirt and grime on a
variety of surfaces, select black detergentspray tip.
Pull backon collar,insert new spraytip and releasecollar.
Tug on spraytip to makesure it is securelyin place.
UsageTips
* For most effective cleaning, keep spray tip from 8 to
24 inches (20 to 61 cm) awayfrom cleaning surface.
, If you get spray tip too close, especially using a high
pressure spray tip, you may damagesurface being
cleaned.
, DO NOTget closer than 6 inches (15 cm) when cleaning
tires.

Cleaning and Applying Detergent with
the Project Pro® PerfectMix TM Siphon
Tn applyundiluted detergent using
the blue PerfectMix" siphnn,
felJnw these steps:
1. Review use of black spray tip.
2. Attach PerfectMixTM siphon hose to
pump and PerfectMixTM Extreme
Concentratebottle.
3. Makesure black spray tip is installed.
NOTE:Detergentcannot be applied with the
high pressurespray tips (Yellow, White or Red).
4.
Makesure garden hose is connectedto water inlet.
Checkthat high pressure hose is connected to spray gun
and pump. Turn on water.
NOTICE
You must attach all hosesbefore you start the engine.
Startingthe enginewithoutallthe hosesconnectedandwithout
thewaterturnedONwill damagethe pump.
Damageto equipmentresultingfrom failureto followthis
instructionwill void warranty.
5. Start engine following instructions How to Start Your
Pressure Washer.
6. Placethreaded end of detergent siphoning tube into
Extreme Concentratedetergentcontainer. Tighten by
hand.
7. Apply detergentto a dry surface, starting at lower
portion of areato be washed and work upward, using
long, even, overlapping strokes.
8. Allow detergentto "soak in" for 3-5 minutes before
washing and rinsing. Reappiyas neededto prevent
surface from drying. DO NOTallow detergent to dry on
(prevents streaking).
For best results, scrub the detergent covered surface to help
removestubborn dirt, grime and stains. For vehicles, use a
soft car wash brush or mitt. For decking, siding and
concrete, use a brush appropriate for the type of surface
being cleaned.
IMPORTANT:You must flush the detergent siphoning system
after each use by placing the filter into a bucket of clean
water, then run the pressure washer in low pressurefor 1-2
minutes.
