Using oil funnel (optional), slowly pour contents of supplied oil into oil fill opening, frequently checking oil level. DONOT OVERFILL. FreshStart@ Fuel Cap Lubricate O-Rings The Fresh Start@fuel cap (A) is designed to hold a cartridge (B) which contains fuel preserver. Adding fuel preserver helps keep fuel fresh and carburetors clean for easier starting aii season long. The Fresh Start@fuel cap, if equipped with a cartridge, automatically drips concentrated fuel preserver into your fuel tank so you don't have to add it yourself. Lubrication of o-rings is extremely important for installation and operation.

Check DetergentSiphoningTubes . Examine the filter on each detergent tube and clean if clogged. The tube should fit tightly on the barbed fitting. Examine the tube for leaks or tears. Replacethe filter or tube if either is damaged. 4. Using a firm, blunt object 7/64" in diameter or smaller, by at least 1" long, such as an Alien wrench, slowly insert the object into the barbed fitting until you meet resistance.This resistance is the check ball. 5.
Selector Nozzle Maintenance O-Ring Maintenance A pulsing sensation felt while squeezing the spray gun trigger may be caused by excessive pump pressure. The principal cause of excessive pump pressure is a nozzle clogged or restricted with foreign materials, such as dirt, etc. To correct the problem, immediately clean the nozzlesfollowing these instructions: Purchase an O-Ring Repair Kit, item 7175116, at your local Searsor by calling 1-800-4-1VlY-NOME(4fig-4fifi3) or online at www.sears.com.
Checking OilLevel 1. Make sure pressure washer is on a level surface. 2. Remove oil dipstick and wipe dipstick with clean cloth. Replace and tighten dipstick. Remove and and check oil level. 3. 4. Tip your pressure washer to drain oil from oil fill into a suitable container making sure you tip your unit away from spark plug. When crankcase is empty, return pressure washer to upright position. 5. Slowly pour recommended oil (about 20 oz. (0.6 I)) into oil fill opening. Pauseto permit oil to settle.
