HOW TO USEYOURLAWNMOWER
ENGINE SPEED CONTROL
The engine speed is controlled by a lever (red knob)
located on the left side of the engine. "HIGH" posi-
tion is for starting engine, normal cutting and better
grass bagging. "LOW" position is for light cutting,
trimming and fuel economy (See Fig.. 3)..

Your lawn mower is equipped with an operator
zone engine control which requires the operator
to be positioned behind the lawn mower handle
to start and operate the lawn mower.

o Raise wheels for low cut and lower wheels for
high cuL
* Wheels are set in a low cut for shipping° Adjust
cutting height to suit your requirements, Medium
position is best for most lawns.
o To change cutting height, squeeze adjuster lever
toward wheel_ Move wheel up or down to suit
your requirements_ Be sure all wheels are in the
same setting (See Fig 4)_
