1. Release all air pressure from air
tank. See  in the
Maintenance section
2. Unplug compressor.
3. Remove the regulator ring and
remove the console cover.

4. Remove the gauges and quick
connect from the regulator.

5. Remove the regulator.
6. Apply pipe sealant tape to the
nipple.

7. Assemble the regulator.
Arrow indicates flow of
air. Make sure it is pointing in the
direction of air flow.

8. Reapply pipe sealant to gauges
and quick connect.
9. Reassemble gauges and quick
connect. Orient gauges to read
correctly.
10. Replace console cover.

Before you store the air compressor,
make sure you do the following:
1. Review the Maintenance section
on the preceding pages and per-
form scheduled maintenance as
necessary.
2. Drain water from air tank. See 
 under Maintenance.
