OPERATION To remove the battery pack: WARNING: Do not allow familiarity with tools to make you careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict serious injury. WARNING: Always wear eye protection with side shields marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1. Failure to do so could result in objects being thrown into your eyes resulting in possible serious injury. WARNING: Do not use any attachments or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer of this tool.
OPERATION INSTALLING/REMOVING BITS ELECTRONIC SPEED SELECTOR See Figure 4, page i. The auto-load coupler provides fast, easy one-handed bit loading and ejecting. See Figure 5, page i. The impact driver has an electronic speed selector that offers a high speed of approximately 3200/min., a medium speed of approximately 2400/min., and a low speed of approximately 1500/min. (stated speeds are with the switch trigger fully depressed). The coupler has been designed to accept 1/4 in. hex bits.
