English Miter Scale (Fig. U) The miter saw scale can be easily read, showing miter angles from 0° to 48° to the left, and 0° to 55° to the right. The miter saw table has positive stops at most common angle settings at 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 31.6°, 45° right & left, and 55° right. These positive stops position the blade at the desired angle quickly and accurately. Follow the process below for quickest and most accurate adjustments. Miter Angles Adjustment 1.

Do not cut metal workpieces that must be hand held. Clamp workpieces securely. English Attach the wood fence securely and make a full depth cut to make a blade slot. Check for interference between the wood fence and the lower blade guard. Adjust if necessary. NOTE: This auxiliary fence is used only with the saw blade in the 0° bevel position (90° to the table). The auxiliary wood fence must be removed when bevel cutting.
