Now that you have purchased your Sears Garage Door Opener, should a
need ever exist for repair parts or service, simply contact any Sears Service
Center and most Sears Roebuck and Co. Stores. Be sure to provide all
pertinent facts when you call or visit.
The MODEL NUMBER of your garage door opener is printed on a label
located on the left side panel of the opener.
All parts listed may be ordered from any service center and most Sears stores. TO
ORDER REPAIR PARTS, ALWAYS GIVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION :
If the parts you need are not stocked locally, your order will be electronically
transmitted to a Sears Repair Parts Distribution Center for handling.
If your suspect radio control malfunction, contact your nearest
SEARS Service Center.

FULL 90 DAY WARRANTY ON GARAGE DOOR OPENER
For 90 days from the date of purchase, Sears will repair any defect in material or workmanship at no charge .
LIMITED WARRANTY
From the 91 st day until one year from the date of purchase, Sears will furnish replacement parts for any defective
parts, free of charge. You pay for labor.
LIMITED WARRANTY ON 1/2 HP MOTORS FOR CRAFTSMAN OPENERS
After 1 year and through 5 years, Sears will furnish replacement parts for any defective parts in motor, free of charge.
You pay for labor.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Sears will not be liable for loss or damage to property or any incidental or consequential loss or expense from
property damage due directly or indirectly from the use of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty does not cover repairs necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, including failure to install, adjust
and operate the opener according to instructions contained in the owner's manual.
WARRANTY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE BY SIMPLY CONTACTING THE NEAREST SEARS STORE OR SERVICE
CENTER IN THE UNITED STATES.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
