Explanation of symbols
The following symbols and signal words are used in
this instruction manual, on the packaging or on the
blood pressure monitor.
WARNING! This signal word designates
a hazard with a moderate degree of risk
which may lead to death or severe injury if
not avoided.
CAUTION! This signal word designates a
hazard with low risk that, if not avoided,
may result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE! This signal word warns against pos-
sible damage to property or provides you
with useful additional information on use.
Declaration of conformity (see chapter “Dec-
laration of conformity”): Products marked
with this symbol fulfil the requirements of
the CE directive for medical products.
This symbol indicates that the warranty for
the blood pressure monitor amounts to 36
months (3 years).
