ASSEMBLY CAUTION: Risk of Fire – Do Not Operate Without Legs Attached to Heater! 1. Before using the heater, attach the feet (included separately) to the unit. 2. Attach to the base of the heater using the 4 tapping screws provided, taking care to ensure that they are located correctly in the bottom ends of the heater. OPERATION AND USE NOTE: It is normal for the heater to emit some odor when it is turned on for the first time or after having not been used for a long period of time.
CONVECTION HEATER FEATURES SETTING THE TIMER 1. To use the heater in timed mode, it must be permanently connected to the power supply. If the power is disconnected, the clock will stop. 2. To operate the heater in timed mode, the red switch within the dial should be in the center position (HEAT + TIMER). If it is in the left position (HEAT ON), the heater will be permanently ON. If it is in the right position (HEAT OFF), the heater will be completely OFF. 3.
POLARIZED PLUG This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
