1 With the assistance of another adult, place tabletop onto a clean, padded

surface. Attach 4 legs to tabletop with 2 flat washers , 2 spring washers and 2

bolts per leg as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten, the bolts using an allen

wrench. Position unit upright.

Assembly is now complete.

FORM FLIP TABLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TABLE EXTENSION 1 Release safety locks on underside of tabletop. Carefully slide tabletop as shown. UNLOCK 2 Carefully unfold right side of tabletop as shown. Once tabletop is flat, make sure safety locks are secured to prevent table from moving during use. NOTE: To prevent tipping, do not sit or put weight on table end Assembly is now complete. LOCK CLEANING AND CARE Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
