LAUNDRY STATION outer left side frame NOTE: Do not over tighten the screws NOTE: Make sure holes on each barrel nut are aligned with holes in crossbars top crossbar outer right side frame B A A top panel top crossbar 1 A) Insert 2 barrel nuts into each top crossbar. Using a flat head screwdriver, align holes of each barrel nut with holes in crossbars. B) Attach 2 top crossbars to outer left and right side frames with 4 large bolts, 4 spring washers and 4 flat washers per side as shown.

LAUNDRY STATION C A B middle crossbar 5 A) Position assembled unit as shown. Insert 2 barrel nuts into middle crossbar as shown. B) Attached middle crossbar to inner left and right side frames with 2 small bolts, 2 spring washers and 2 flat washers per side as shown. At this point, fully secure all bolts, using an allen wrench. Do not over tighten the bolts. C) Attach 4 bolt covers to exposed bolts. A 6 Position assembled unit upright.
