Section 1 : General description
A non silicone release agent based on “edible” vegetable oils with excellent release properties for
poly urethane elastomers, flexible polymers, PVC and many other types of polymers. Also applicable
as anti-stick agent in textile, foam converting, printing and shoe industry.
Section 2 : Features
• Silicone free formulation.
• Wet coating.
• Operational up to 200°C.
• Does not build up in the mould.
• Improves surface finish.
• Allows post- moulding operations (e.g painting , plating) of the molded part. adhering,…).

• Injection moulding
• Vacuum forming
• General polymer forming processes
• Textile & shoe industry
• Foam converting
Section 4: Directions
• In case other products have been used before, clean the surface to be treated.
• Apply a uniform film.
• Re-apply as soon as the release shows to become more difficult.
A safety data sheet (MSDS) according to EC Regulation N° 1907/2006 Art.31 and
amendments is available for all CRC products.
