SECTION 4: First aid measures
4.1. Description of first aid measures
First-aid measures general
:
Call a physician immediately. Ensure that medical personnel are aware of the material(s)
involved, and take precautions to protect themselves.
First-aid measures after inhalation
:
Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If signs/symptoms develop,
get medical attention.
First-aid measures after skin contact
:
Wash skin with plenty of water. Take off contaminated clothing. If skin irritation occurs: Get
medical advice/attention. Seek medical attention if irritation develops.
First-aid measures after eye contact
:
Rinse eyes with water as a precaution. Seek medical attention if irritation develops.
First-aid measures after ingestion
:
Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. Rinse mouth. If vomiting occurs, keep
head low so that stomach content doesn't get into the lungs.

Symptoms/effects
:
May cause drowsiness or dizziness.
Symptoms/effects after skin contact
:
Irritation. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
Symptoms/effects after ingestion
:
Risk of lung oedema.
4.3. Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
Provide general supportive measures and treat symptomatically. Keep victim under observation. Symptoms may be delayed.

Water spray. Dry powder. Foam. Carbon dioxide.

Do not use a heavy water stream.
