CRC FG FOOD GREASE

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Multipurpose grease for food processing equipment. Long-term lubrication on food
processing equipment where incidental food contact may occur.
2. FEATURES
• Operating temperature: -20°C till +140°C ( peak 180°C).
• Good mechanical stability.
• Good thermal stability. Resists steam.
• Protects against corrosion.
• Registered NSF H1 (N° 139016 for the aerosol, N° 139015 for bulk) for use in the food
industry. If parts or equipment are intended to return to a food processing area, effective
cleaning and/or rinsing with potable water is required.
3. APPLICATIONS
• Can be applied on all metal constructions used in the food industry: hinges, valves,
chains, gears, joints,…
4. DIRECTIONS
Aerosol:
• When using the aerosol, shake well before application.
• Insert the extention tube in the nozzle, to apply on areas difficult to reach.
• Spray uniformly with short intervals. When possible move the fitting parts gently while
spraying.
Bulk:
• Apply with brush, spatula or a standard grease gun.
A safety data sheet (MSDS) according to EU directive 91/155/EEC and amendments is
available for all CRC products.
