lifts make the windows easy to open and provide

a sleek appearance. Discreet tilt-latches hold the

operable sash rmly in the jamb yet release easily

when it comes time for cleaning.

and Select 250 product lines.

allow you to release the sash from the jamb liner,

then conveniently tilt the sash inward for trouble-free

cleaning of outside surfaces from inside your home.

• Performance class upgraded from a Class 2 to a Class 3

• A larger percentage of the sash weight is balanced allowing for easier

operation of larger sizes
