Open Crestron Toolbox and
select the Network Device
Tree. Expand the Network
Device Tree till the gateway
to be managed is selected.
Right-click the Net ID of the
selected gateway to open the
sub-menu and select
Functions | MNET
Gateway…. If devices are
not listed, add devices by
putting the C2N-MNETGW
and infiNET device in Acquire
mode.
ACQUIRE LED
does not
illuminate when
requested.
C2N-MNETGW
has just
rebooted.
Wait approximately 15
seconds after device has
rebooted, then press
ACQUIRE.
Intermittent
response from
C2N-MNETGW
during
communication
with infiNET
devices.
C2N-MNETGW
is in vicinity of
metal
obstruction.
Verify that large amount of
metal is not in vicinity of
transmission.
