CNX-PAD8 Troubleshooting

Green PWR LED
does not illuminate.
CNX-PAD8 is not
receiving power.
Confirm that power pack securely plugged into
outlet and that the connector is properly attached to
the CNX-PAD8.
Verify that cable plugged into CRESNET port is
secure (for Cresnet system configuration only).
Yellow NET LED
does not illuminate.
Loose network
connection.
Verify that cables plugged into CRESNET ports are
secure.
Improper NET ID. Verify that CNX-PAD8 NET ID matches NET ID
software program. Refer to "Identity Code".
ROOM 1-8 red LED
does not illuminate.
Improper programming. Confirm signal names and programming logic so
that LEDs respond when functions are activated.
Hum on audio. Grounding problem. Either connect or remove chassis ground wire.
