Fusion RV
®
Fusion RV lets corporations, universities, hotels, and government
agencies seamlessly monitor and manage meeting rooms, class-
rooms, lecture halls, and video conferencing rooms to maximize
efficient room usage and availability. With minimal effort or
overhead, AV staff can easily view the status of rooms, projectors,
and other assets from the web-based user interface, provide
real-time remote assistance with the built-in help desk, track
usage and generate reports, and receive email alerts when
any equipment requires service.
From any computer, Fusion RV lets users view room availability,
schedule meetings, and allocate room resources for activities
such as AV presentation, lecture capture or video conferencing
using its built-in scheduler or a range of third-party scheduling
options. NEW! Support for Google Calendar
™
is the latest addition
to the growing list of scheduling applications supported natively
in Fusion RV.
In addition to scheduling from a computer,
users can also use Crestron touch screens
located outside of each meeting room
to view a room’s schedule, see meeting
details, cancel a meeting, or book a new meeting on the spot.
Fusion RV increases productivity, saves energy, and prolongs
the life of valuable equipment by shutting down lighting and
AV systems, setting back the temperature and adjusting the
shades after a meeting concludes. In fact, Fusion RV can
even sense when no one shows up for a scheduled meeting,
returning the room to its unoccupied state and making it
available to other users.
Fusion RV also provides the workflow engine for CaptureLiveHD
™
to deliver a total, streamlined solution for recording and distributing
online classes, meetings, and presentations.
