• IP Address:
a. Turn the selection knob to highlight IP Address and press the
selection knob. The first octet of the control system’s IP address
will be enclosed in brackets.

b. Turn the selection knob to display the desired number.
c. Press the selection knob to move the cursor to the next octet.
d. Repeat steps b and c until the desired IP address is displayed. The
IP address will be entered after the last octet has been set. The
display will return to the Control Setup section.
• Hostname:
a. Turn the selection knob to highlight Hostname and press the
selection knob. The Hostname control will be displayed.

b. Select letters (upper and lower-case), numbers, or other characters
by turning the selection knob until the desired letter, number, or
other character is displayed on the VFD. Valid hostname
characters are ASCII letters “a” through “z” (case-insensitive), the
digits “0” through “9”, and the hyphen. Hostname cannot begin or
end with a hyphen. No other symbols, punctuation characters or
blank spaces are permitted.
c. Move the cursor to another position by pressing the soft buttons
labeled < and >. To delete a character, press the soft button marked
Del. To insert a space, press the soft button labeled Ins.
NOTE: The maximum length for the hostname is 64 characters.
